Something bleeding but not spurting out
What to do with bleeding that isn't spurting everwhere .. but still looks a lot
Find out where the blood is coming from

expose the area and cut off clothes
Is there an obvious bleeding point ?​​
can you decribe it , how big and where on body it is
is a bone poking out of the same hole ?

you should be able to control these bleeds with firm direct pressure (depending where it is )

press on the wound with gauze or pressure dressing until it stops.
Scalps bleed a lot, so do big muscle groups

if the bleeding does not stop with direct pressure and help is not close by - Advanced techniques and equipment can be used to stop bleeding can be used (once trained )
