Explain patient is not conscious

if the breathing is noisy (snoring etc)

then the patient needs moved , otherwise they can be left as they are

This is a patient that could have spinal injury , so stay close to patient and ensure people do not move them uneccessarily - Kneel by their head and place your hands on either side of their head to keep it completely still and aligned with their body until paramedics arrive.

closely monitor for there breathing rate and sound of their breathing ​

If they vomit or begin to choke: (whilst laying on their back) You must protect their airway. Roll the entire body as a single unit onto their side (log-rolling), keeping their head, neck, and body perfectly straight while supporting the neck.
