If you would like some hands on teaching to practice or discuss some of these things, let us know

If you go to tracks with no medical cover or do enduro riding or green laning and want to use some of the Advanced first aid kit we can arrange some training for you so that you can use it safely.  ​

We can give you a chance to practice any of the techniques on here from stopping bleeding to packing wounds to splinting bones etc

​

Sessions can be booked 1 to 1 or for small groups , adults or children

​

We've put some items in the shop that are reliable and we would trust - you don't need to buy from here but please avoid randomly buying off fhe internet.
